OLPC India Khairat Village

Latecomers India have been received by the acquisition of powerful computer training program One Laptop Per Child (OLPC popularly known), an idea of MIT professor Nicholas Negroponte, the technology gap between rich and poor children in the Third World. But with the establishment of an Indian edition - called OLPC plans to equip India - the program that millions of school children in the world with cheap laptops, is set not only to make an entry in India, but alsopromises to do it with a bang too.
